I was playing with this idea that it summon dust storms and uses them to cloud the vision of anyone it didn't deem 'worthy' of seeing it-Though what it typically 
deems you 'worthy' of is being its lunch, the desert ghost thing

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
It was pretty easy to understand, I didn't have any qualms with it
I wish there was a little more clarification on what sort of jewelry you were after-if anything since I couldn't think of any that seemed to suit and i wanted to add it for you but it didn't really work

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I used the eyeless bird, 4 limbs, the color palette+theme requested

The only thing i really changed at all was making it a blue gradient for the stylized markings
